This month sees the release of new work from 6 of our gallery stars – Lily Macrae, Ross Miller, Gavin Dobson, Richard Marsden, Rosco Brittin and introducing Melissa North.
Lily Macrae | View All Work
We’re delighted to release 2 new limited edition prints from Lily Macrae. Lily’s work exudes the sense of drama and narrative that exists within Baroque paintings (think Caravaggio). Her use of deep, rich colour and contrasting light and shade translates effortlessly from canvas to print.

Ross Miller | View All Work
Ross Miller has been busy creating work alongside planning a return to studies as he looks to undertake a Masters Degree this year – 5 years on from graduating DJCAD with a 1st class BA (Hons) in Fine Art. This is an exciting time and we can’t wait to see how his practice develops.

Gavin Dobson | View All Work
London based Gavin Dobson is well known for his screen prints, so it’s a pleasure to show a collection of his new miniature oil paintings. Repurposing boards that he has used as palettes has added an expressive charm to these naive and quirky scenes.

Richard Marsden | View All Work
Glasgow based printmaker Richard Marsden continues to hone his talents, experimenting with tonal control and influence while precisely layering on a range of coloured and textured papers. He’s added 3 exclusive 1/1 screen prints into his gallery collection.

Rosco Brittin | View All Work
Rosco Brittin’s latest work has been painstakingly created with hundreds of hand-cut images taken from vintage wallpapers and artworks. Rosco pays homage to the Old Masters of the 16-1700’s in these new pieces, who specialised in creating still life works of art.

Melissa North | View All Work
Brand new to the gallery, we’re happy to announce Melissa North’s first collection. Featuring a series of collaged Scottish scenes alongside a number of bright bird screen prints. Happy, easy works to brighten any interior space.

Plus our ‘Best of Scottish Art Schools Grad Show’ is still open – make sure to drop by and check out 2022’s breakout talent.
