Delivery Costs
- UK: Free delivery on orders over £100. £5 delivery charge on orders under £100.
- Europe: Flat delivery charge of £10.
- Rest of World: Flat delivery charge of £20.
The above costs apply to standard delivery. Specially framed items and/or delicate items may incur additional delivery costs. For example, if a canvas needs to be shipped in a custom made wooden crate for its protection.
Delivery Time
*Any orders placed between the 20th July and 16th August 2026, where the work is held in the gallery, will be shipped out August 17th*
Delivery time will vary depending on the artwork you have purchased, where it is currently held, and the delivery location. However, we aim to send out your order within 2-3 working days, in which case, you should have your artwork within 5-7 days for orders delivered within the UK. If you need it sooner, please add a comment to your order or email us and we’ll try our best.
If the artwork is being delivered outside of the UK, please allow for additional time, and we will give you a more accurate delivery date when we arrange options and confirm costs with you.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you don’t like the artwork, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the artwork. Please note, that while you may not want it, someone else will, so you are responsible for the safe return of the item in its original condition and packaging to claim a refund. You are also responsible for the return delivery costs. We can offer advice on sending the artwork back to help avoid damage in transit.
In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please note, custom made frames or framed artworks cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
