London based Alice Sherlock is an interdisciplinary artist working in print, painting and sculpture. Her work focuses around the idea of verbatim aural storytelling and reflective nostalgia, focusing on locality, the everyday, and the mundane. She takes recorded familial conversations discussing childhood stories and turns them into a visual language.

Alice graduated with an MLitt Fine Art Practice from GSA in 2022. She previously studied at Lancaster University and graduated with a BA(Hons) Fine Art and Theatre. She now splits her time between London and Glasgow. For more insight into Alice’s working life as an artist, check out our blog Introducing: Alice Sherlock here.
