Artists deliver their work direct to you from their studio, wrapped like a baby, and have committed to listing their work on Art Pistol at the lowest price you'll find. In many cases you'll simply not find it anywhere else other than here.

Christmas Delivery

Different art is delivered in different ways, and we don't want to confuse you with a crazy guide. So to cover all possible scenarios we recommend ordering online by Sunday 16th December, to give the artist a couple of days to despatch your work in good time to all destinations throughout the UK. And we'll certainly do what we can to deliver work ordered after the 16th in time for Christmas. International orders will need to be in early December - contact us for more info.

Delivery to mainland UK is free! Additional costs apply for delivery outside of the UK and we'll contact you shortly after purchase to arrange this.

Delivery time Delivery time will vary depending on the artwork you have purchased, if it is made to order, how it is packaged and the delivery location. However we aim to have all artists send out your order within 2 working days, in which case you should have the artwork within 7 days if in the UK. If you need it sooner give us a call and we'll see what we can do. If it is being delivered outside of the UK please allow for additional time, but we hope to give you a more accurate delivery date when we discuss this with you. Please note that standard delivery takes place between Monday and Friday 8am to 6pm, but we can deliver outside of these times upon request.

Returns Policy If for any reason you don't like an artwork you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs. Please note that while you may not want it, someone else will so you are responsible for the safe return of the item in its original condition and packaging to claim a refund. We can offer advice on sending the artwork back to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
