twelfth in a series titled "high rising". this piece is a 4 colour lithograph made from a magazine from the mid 80's promoting the solution of high rise housing. firstly i edited the text to cover certain information and then printed the image in the scale and method of a typical poster to emphasise the idea of propaganda.
